  • Shipping + Handling Policy
    All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There are no guarantees on shipping time due to Canada post policies and other couriers. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our outbound carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada. Expect potential delays due to the worldwide pandemic and high volume of orders at the launch of our business. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get you to enjoy our products as soon as possible.
  • Domestic, National and International Shipping Rates and Estimates"
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fever1 Fashion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Local Delivery
    Free local delivery is available in the area with postal codes P0L 1N0 and P0L1T0. Please check "Local Delivery" at checkout. You will be contacted via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of expected arrival.
  • International Shipping
    For international shipping, your charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fever1 Fashion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Order Status Inquiries
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check the status of your delivery at any time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. ​ For issues with the tracking number or the status of your order, please contact us at info@fever1fashion.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist. ​ If the customer chooses a carrier that has no tracking service, Fever1 Fashion will not be held responsible for the order after it has been sent out.
  • Custom Orders
    Custom orders and hand craft jewelry orders and others are not subject to this policy. Customers will be advised directly of the expected delivery dates.
  • Refunds, Returns & Exchanges"
    We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery only if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. ​ Fever1 Fashion guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects only. A prepaid return envelope will be supplied for returns and a new garment will be sent at no charge to the customer after approval from Fever1 Fashion quality control department that the product was a manufacturing defect and not any other form of defect. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fever1fashion.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
